Stephanie McNaulty
Steph McNulty is an environmental planning and natural resource management specialist with more than 20 years’ experience across land, water and biodiversity. She has consulted with RMCG for over a decade, following five years with the Victorian environment department, and brings strong capability in strategic planning, program design, evaluation, spatial and data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Steph specialises in translating complex environmental, spatial and socio-economic information into practical priorities, investment directions and performance frameworks. Her recent work has included independent evaluations and strategic renewal of major regulated river-works programs in the Murray–Darling Basin, helping strengthen program logic, outcomes-based monitoring and MERI frameworks, and improve the link between on-ground works and landscape-scale outcomes. She works closely with government agencies, catchment managers, communities and delivery partners, and has a particular interest in data visualisation and communicating evidence in clear, engaging ways that support adaptive management and informed decision-making over time for practitioners.
