Stephanie Kermode
Stephanie has foundations in environmental science and fluvial geomorphology and has recently joined HARC as Principal for Water Resources Modelling & Strategy at HARC. She works to improve environmental and community outcomes while ensuring water security and system resilience through leadership, catchment management, and innovative modelling.
Previously at Sydney Water and WaterNSW, she contributed to sustainable water services by establishing risk assessment processes, advancing integrated water resources modelling, and driving stakeholder engagement. Her research foundations in geomorphology have been successfully applied to strategic planning to support the development of adaptive strategies that address complex challenges in water resource and catchment management.
